If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Chemical Guys shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

• Chemical Guys shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure of the Loyalty Program, or any loss, liability or damage directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond the control of Chemical Guys, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, explosion, computer or network malfunction, or similar circumstances.
